Have you done a pop up anywhere? Do you know how difficult they are, how time consuming?

See3 is a strategy. It was always 3 areas, Forest Hill, Sydenham and Forest HIll. Watch the original video that is on youtube. If you were serious about bidding you would have seen it and you would know why it's about 3 distinct areas and bringing them together. I.e. SEE3. Keep following the project and you will SEE a lot going on You will SEE it in Sydenham, you will SEE it in Kirkdale and you will SEE it in Forest Hill.

It helped win the Portas pilot in the first place and won the backing of Design for London and the GLA.

I mean, come on, just stop it. If you have ANYTHING, just ANYTHING POSITIVE to contribute, feel free. But not this.

Eh? What does that mean?

You can contribute. Anyone can. All you have to do is put down your brused ego for not having won the tender and help. After all your posts I have no idea what skills you have, what you could add to any project, let along this one, what you have done in the past etc etc etc?

Do you get where I'm coming from with this? All we know is that you say you have experience of these types of projects but you have offered absolutely no examples or proof of it.

I'd say your first step to helping is to offer examples of work you have done in this area so anyone connected with the project can say 'yes, they would be helpful because they have experience in this area'.

As for the PM, I have no problems with you posting it if you like if you want. All is asks is for you to contribute in a positive way, like I have in these posts rather than attaching the many people who are involved in the Portas Pilot. I also think that your posts here are not helping your business by being negative about a project like this without offering an alternative.

To be honest, I feel this thread should be closed. Anyone else agree?

I think Leenewham is quite correct.
All of our enthusiasm and support should be
with the winning bid and it is the unquestionable
duty of all Sydenham folk to be behind it.
This thread has been enervating and divisive
and it is time to look forward.
With respect I don't think most of us are interested in
the personalities - this is a great chance for Sydenham to do something positive and let's not let
Anyone suck precious energy from the thing.
To quote , I think , Field Marshall Montgomery, we are not at home to negative Nancy.
