..There were some prefabs on Stanstead Rd, where it met Rockbourne rd, at the site of Eliza place, for a few years after it was bombed in the war.....not very near Bell Green, though

what were called the bungalows all around the perimiter of Hilly Fields in Brockley in the 60's. We played in the ruins of them. Not sure if they were prefabs. About 1963 during the long snowy winter. I lived in Adelaide Ave then and used to cross the road on our own and walk to Gordonbrock Infants alone!!!!!!!

You are pretty much spot on, though the exact location is Currys in Catford.

Who knows; you might have been right about Sedgehill Road for all we know?
