Can anyone tell me if the morning commuter trains to london bridge, are now running (arriving) on time in central London?

Southern have improved the situation markedly with some tweaks to the timetable, but even the most punctual of train operators can't guarantee that a given train will run on time on a given day, as many of hhe reasons that cause delays on the railways are not as a result of the actions (or inactions) of the train operator.
