Assembly meetings online

Hi all,

I think it’s a bit strange that there isn’t an online option for joining the meetings. Is anyone else interested in an online option?

A good idea but as someone who attends these meetings regularly I doubt the equipment is available to make this happen. The hall at the Sydenham Centre is not rigged up for it - so managing fixed and roving microphones requires new support and equipment.

Managing a hybrid meeting from a technical and chair's perspective requires a little more than plugging in a laptop

No funding is provided now - there is no support

But write too the councillors is my suggestion - I don't want to put a downer on the idea - but fear in the current environment it's not going to happen (but surprise me)
