where to hire a small hall

Post by squig »

Hello! Does anyone know where I can hire a small hall/large room (for eg with wood floors) for the purpose of making a recording? I don't need a church as the acoustic isn't right. It's not electrical or amplified music. (Voice & Accordion) And by the way we love the Dolphin pub! All we need now is a lovely spacious cafe'...

On the same topic, I play guitar (acoustic) and have been looking for a room or hall in or around Sydenham that I can use regularly and where I can make as much noise as I like. Any ideas?
